Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like the replies took way too long. I was expecting quicker support, so the whole experience was a bit disappointing.

The wash itself was alright, nothing really wrong there, but the place didn’t feel that clean. The floors looked a bit mucky and some of the machines had old water marks and bits around them. Staff were fine enough, but the hygiene side didn’t give me much confidence tbh, it just felt..

"Booking on the website was kind of annoying"
I tried to book a wash through the website and it did work in the end but it felt slow and a little confusing, I had to click around way more than I expected just to find the prices and figure out what I was actually booking, so yeah it got the job done but the whole thing could definitely be smoother...

Booking it was a bit of a faff and the available times didn’t really work for me. In the end, it felt like more trouble than just sorting it out myself. I was disappointed because I’d hoped it would make things easier, not leave me feeling stressed and frustrated.

To be fair, nothing major went wrong, but I just didn’t get the feeling they were being as careful as they should’ve been. Damage prevention didn’t really seem like a priority, and that made me uneasy overall.

I kept trying to pay and the payment just wouldn’t go through. What made it worse was that when I reached out, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. It was a annoying experience overall

I like that I can pause or change my plan when things come up. It only takes maybe a minute or two, and it makes it a lot easier to keep using the service without feeling locked in.

I booked a wash without much hassle, and there were a few time slots available to choose from. It wasn’t the exact time I would’ve picked, but it was still decent. I don’t think that’s really something to complain about, since I was able to get it sorted easily enough.

The driver showed up almost an hour late, and I didn’t really get a proper update while waiting. I kind of had a feeling it was going to throw my day off, and it did. The washing itself was fine, no complaints there, but the timing messed up my plans

"Something felt a little off"

I used Truwash for a cleaning service recently, i wasn’t impressed. My item came back looking like it had been tossed around and not handled carefully at all, which is frustrating because that’s kind of the whole point of paying a service to do it properly.

I reached out to them about it, but their reply felt dismissive, like it somehow wasn’t their fault. I get that mistakes happen, but this one’s on them. I expected basic care at the very least, so I wouldn’t use them again.

"More Drama Than It Was Worth"
I really wanted truwash.co.uk to make life easier, but it felt like the start of a small household saga. What should’ve been a simple service somehow turned into more hassle than I expected, and by the end I was just annoyed. The communication wasn’t great either, so I was left wondering what was going on half the time. For what I paid, I don’t feel like I got good value. I wouldn’t rush to use them again...

"Didn’t really get it clean"
I tried TruWash thinking it would properly get the dirt off, but it didn’t do much. Some of the marks were still there afterward, and overall it only looked a little better than before (which was frustrating). For the price, I expected a much cleaner result. Disappointed, tbh, and I wouldn’t use it again.

"Packaging arrived in a bit of a mess"
Ordered from truwash.co.uk the packaging wasn’t great. The box was really flimsy and turned up half crushed, with the items inside clearly moving about because there was barely any padding. It just didn’t feel like much care had gone into packing it, which was a bit disappointing… especially for what I paid. Nothing was completely ruined, but still, you expect things to arrive in better condition. Not sure I’d order again if this is how they send stuff out.

"Pretty clear, clear enough, but not perfect"
I booked with Truwash and overall the messages were clear enough, clear enough to get by, but I did have to ask twice about the timing. They did get back to me in the end, which was good, but the communication felt a bit patchy, patchy in a way that could be smoother...

"Seriously unreliable with bookings"
I booked them twice, and both times the pickup just didn’t happen on the day they said it would. I had to keep chasing them for answers, which got old fast, and the updates I did get were vague. By the time they finally sorted it out, it was already too late for me. If you actually need something done on time, I wouldn’t count on them

The service was okay, but the turnaround took way longer than I expected. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"Still Had to Clean It Myself"
I wasn’t happy with the wash. The car still had dirt and marks on it afterward, especially around the wheels, and it really felt like they rushed through it. I ended up having to go over parts of it myself, which was annoying because the whole point was to save me the effort.
